By submitting this form , you hereby grant THR Raaga the right to call your friend / family etc (the person to be "Gotcha'd") in accordance with your "game plan". Please be informed that AMP and/or THR Raaga has the right to alter, edit or modify your "game plan" to suit the station's format.

All submissions must include full contact details of the submittor (ie. Name, address, phone number, email etc). Submissions without full contact details will not be accepted.

You hereby release THR Raaga and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities and damages arising out of the rights granted hereunder, or the exercise thereof.

THR Raaga does not guarantee, warrant, or imply in any manner that your submission will materialize into THR Raaga Gotcha Call. THR Raaga has absolute discretion not to materialize any submission into a THR Raaga Gotcha Call. If your submission materializes into a "Gotcha Call", AMP and/or THR Raaga will further require the approval / permission of your friend / family etc (the person being "Gotcha'd") for the Gotcha Call to be aired on the radio station (THR Raaga). Without this approval / permission, the Gotcha Call will not be aired on the radio station.

By submitting this form you understand, agree and accept the terms and conditions above and you hereby agree to release, indemnify, protect and hold harmless AMP and/or THR Raaga and AMP's affiliated entities from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and liabilities, whether direct or indirect and for damage or alleged damage arising under this disclaimer.
