Please find below the relevant rules for THR's chatroom to be posted on the website:-

  • Any communication or other material submitted or posted to the site will be considered non-confidential and by submitting messages to any chatroom you are granting AMP a perpetual royalty free non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute, and sub-license the message in whole or in part.

  • To join the chatroom, please login using your e-pass ID.
  • AMP is not responsible for any material posted on our Chatroom. You shall not:
    • Post any sexually explicit image;
    • Impersonate another person or entity;
    • Post any content on the following topics:- ANY FORM OF SEXUALITY INCLUDING THE ACT ITSELF, DRUGS, ALCOHOL, VIOLENCE, HORROR, POLITICS, GOVERNMENT ISSUES, RACE, RELIGION, FOUL LANGUAGE, ANY PART OF THE CONSTITUITION / FLAGS / NATIONAL ANTHEM, LEGEL ISSUES / CASES STILL UNDER POLICE INVESTIGATION, ISA / ELECTIONS / PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES, UNVERIFIED INFORMATION / FACTS / STORIES
    • Post any content which defames, invades privacy, or is obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing, hateful, or threatening
    • Post any content containing any form of advertising or promotion for goods and services or any chain messages or "spam";
    • Post publish any content with recommendations to buy or refrain from buying a particular item (and in particular shares) or which contain confidential information of another party or which otherwise have the purpose of affecting the price or value of any item (and in particular shares);
    • Post any content that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, indecent, infringe copyright or other rights of third parties or which may contain any other form of illegal content;
    • Post any messages that contain a virus or other harmful component or otherwise contain software viruses, files or code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Site or any computer software or equipment; disguise the origin of any content or impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent any affiliation with any person or entity or collect or store other users' personal data;
    • Post any content unrelated to the chatroom or the chatroom's topic

  • The Chatroom contains messages submitted by users over whom AMP has no control. AMP cannot therefore guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any messages.

    You accept to bear all risk associated with your use of the Chatroom and should not rely on the content in making (or refraining from making) any decisions.

    You are solely responsible for the content of your postings. You must comply with any additional rules posted by AMP on a Chatroom.
